TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE TRAINING COURSES

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension or termination of access without a refund.
NATURE OF TRAINING AND DISCLAIMER
The training courses are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, clinical, or professional advice.
The content is not a substitute for professional judgment, regulatory training, or clinical guidelines.
The Company accepts no liability for any decisions made based on the training content.
PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS (FOR PAID COURSES)
Payment must be made in full before access is granted.
Users may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed significant portions of the course.
Cancellations after access to the course material is granted are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated.
